Rules on metrological requirements for tyre-pressure gauges

The Rules determine the metrological and technical requirements to be met by motor vehicle tyre-pressuregauges, the method of their marking and the conformity assessment and verification procedures to be applied:

— at gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations or other public places to ensure the technical safety ofvehicles,
— in facilities for carrying out technical inspections of motor vehicles and trailers,
— in premises for performing of tyre mechanic or service activities of motor vehicles and their trailers,
— in proceedings before administrative and judicial authorities, in which the rights or obligations of entities aredecided on the basis of tyre-pressure measurements.
