Regulation of the Minister for Development and Technology amending the Regulation on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location

The provisions of the Regulation on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their locationconcern the stages of design, construction and alteration, the changes in the use of buildings and structuresthat serve as buildings, and building systems. The purpose of the regulation is to indicate the possibletechnical solutions that make it possible to comply – at the stage of design, construction and use – with thebasic requirements for civil structures in terms of:

a) the load-bearing capacity and stability of the structure,
b) fire safety,
c) hygiene, health and the environment,
d) the safe use and accessibility of structures,
e) protection against noise,
f) energy efficiency and thermal insulation,
g) the sustainable use of natural resources;
