Draft Royal Decree amending Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 3 July 2018 on the designations andcharacteristics of the gas oil intended for heating and Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 8 July 2018

The draft Royal Decree amends Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 3 July 2018 with the aim of prohibitingheating diesel from containing FAME or HVO-like compounds or any other type of biofuel produced frombiomass.

The draft Decree also amends Article 2 of the Royal Decree of 8 July 2018 to specify that said Decreeconcerns only gas-oil diesel for road and non-road applications, excluding heating applications.
