Draft Law on beer and beer-based beverages

The provisions of this Law lay down:

a) the specifications of beer and beer-based beverages;
b) the distinction between beer production and beer distribution companies, the procedure and conditions forissuing the necessary permits, where applicable;
c) the terms and conditions for the production and distribution of beer and the control and supervisionprocedures by the competent authorities;
d) infringements and their confirmation procedure, as well as sanctions imposed on offenders.
