Draft amending Order No 1-338 of 7 December 2010 of the Director of the Fire and Rescue Departmentunder the Ministry of the Interior approving the basic requirements for fire safety

This draft order proposes to lay down fire safety requirements for automated storage system buildings. Bydefinition, an automated storage system building is an engineering structure used for the storage andwarehousing of products, in which the storage processes are carried out automatically using a variety ofequipment, and which is not occupied or accessed by persons other than those carrying out the maintenanceand repair of the use and operation of the structure, or the servicing of the equipment. Other fire safetyrequirements for buildings are laid down in the legislation defining the essential requirements for a building(one, several or all) and the technical parameters of the building according to the performance levels andclasses of buildings or construction products.
