It is proposed to lay down requirements for the design and installation of fire detection and alarm systemsand the rules for the design and installation of outdoor fire plumbing networks and structures for buildings with automated storage systems.

Draft amendment to the Order No 1-66 of 22 February 2007 of the Director of the Fire and RescueDepartment under the Ministry of the Interior on the approval of normative building safety documents

This draft order proposes to establish requirements for fire detection and alarm systems and outdoor fireplumbing systems for structures with automated storage systems. By definition, a structure with automatedstorage systems is a civil engineering structure used for the storage and warehousing of products, in which thestorage processes are carried out automatically using various equipment, and which is not occupied oraccessed by persons other than those carrying out the maintenance and repair of the use and operation of thestructure, or the servicing of the equipment. Other fire safety requirements for structures are set out in thelegislation laying down the essential requirements for a structure (one, several or all) and the technicalparameters of the structure according to the levels and classes of characteristics of structures or constructionproducts.
