Draft Order establishing the essential airworthiness requirements for ultralight motorised gliders (ULM) andamending the Order of 31 May 1982 adopting a new building regulation

The Order regulates the conditions for the design, mass production, initial and continuing airworthiness (alsoknown as airworthiness maintenance) of ultralight motorised gliders (ULM) intended to be used in Spanishterritory, including the obligations to be fulfilled by the organisations designing and manufacturing such aircraft.

The Order is of technical content, and consists of a preamble, 41 articles structured into seven chapters, and afinal section composed of four additional provisions, two transitional provisions, one derogatory, three finalsand an annex containing the essential airworthiness requirements to be met by all ULM-type designs forsubsequent mass production.
