Price constraints of books

According to the draft, the publication date of the first publication of the book shall be published on thewebsite of the publisher and made available there for 365 days, and shall be communicated in writing to thecontractual partners responsible for distributing the book. An exception is the discount provided by the bookseller or distributor at book presentation events and festivals in the context of on-site or online sale of books,the aggregate amount of which may not exceed 10 % of the consumer price. Furthermore, when books aresold online, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts provided by the book seller ordistributor.
