Regulations amending the Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations and general advice (TSFS 2023:36) onjourneys with wide indivisible loads

Amendment to the recently adopted regulations TSFS 2023:36 on journeys with wide indivisible loads,which contain provisions allowing journeys on non-private roads with wide indivisible loads despite theprovisions laid down in Chapter 4, Section 15 of the Road Traffic Ordinance (1998:1276). In addition to alinguistic amendment and consequential amendment to the transitional provisions, an addition has also beenmade to § 10, allowing signs to be both E-marked in accordance with ECE Regulation 104 and ECERegulation 150 instead of just 104c.
