Draft Ordinance amending the Ordinance (1999:58) prohibiting certain products that are harmful to healt

2-methyl-α-PiHP is to be regulated as a product that is harmful to health.

The substance has been seized and identified in Sweden. The Poison Centre has reported cases of patienthospitalisation linked to the substance and the Swedish National Board of Forensic Medicine has reporteddeaths linked to the substance. The substance is discussed online and sold as an analeptic cathinone.
Classification will mean, inter alia, that these substances may not be imported or possessed without specialpermission from the Swedish Medical Products Agency.
