The draft amending the Road Traffic Ordinance means that all axles on heavy-duty vehicles shall be covered by the requirement stipulating that winter tyres must be fitted between 1 December and 31 March when winter road conditions prevail. The changes to the exemptions in Chapter 13, § 3, points 10 and 11 are consequential and editorial ones.
