Order amending the amended Order of 30 June 2010 on the characteristics of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME)

The draft order amends the characteristics of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) for their direct use as a fuel or their use in fuels intended for such purpose. It determines the technical characteristics for FAME incorporated in a fuel containing up to 7.0 % (v/v) FAME of those incorporated in a fuel with a FAME content exceeding 7.0 % (v/v).

This order is co-signed by the Director-General for Energy and Climate, the Director-General for Customs and Excise and the Director-General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control.
