The draft Act stipulates that children and adolescents under the age of 18 shall be prohibited from purchasing, possessing and consuming tobacco products and tobacco-related products. The following are specifically covered by the ban: tobacco products, shisha pipes, shisha pens, electronic cigarettes and associated necessary substances used as tobacco substitutes or additives for burning or evaporation.
