Medical products that may be used to improve performance in sport, defined under Annex 1 to the International Convention against Doping in Sport adopted in Paris on 19 October 2005 (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2007, No 142, item 999, as amended)
The draft Act is a new act that shall replace and supplements the currently binding regulations concerning the issue.
The Act adapts the definition of doping in sport to the international standards in this regard (Articles 2 and 3).
It implements provisions concerning the processing of personal data of athletes in relation to doping controls (Article 29).
The Act modifies and supplements the penal regulations concerning the administration, making available and trade of substances forbidden in sport (Articles 47 and 48).
