Classification of narcotic drugs, preparations that are dangerous to health

Ordinance amending the Ordinance (1999:58) regarding the prohibition of certain goods dangerous to health

Pursuant to the attached classification document, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs proposes regulation of the following substances as goods dangerous to health under the Act (1992:42) on the prohibition of certain goods dangerous to health and inclusion in the Ordinance (1999:58) on the prohibition of certain goods dangerous to health: 4-fluoroisobutyrfentanyl (4F-iBF), 4-chloroisobutyrfentanyl (4Cl-iBF), valerylfentanyl, 2-fluorofentanyl, cyclopentylfentanyl, tetrahydrofuranfentanyl (THF-F), methoxyacetylfentanyl, 4-MeO-α-POP and CUMYL-4CN-BINACA.

Classification will mean, inter alia, that these substances may not be imported or held in possession without special permission from the Public Health Agency of Sweden.

Please note that only the substances listed next to a vertical line in the left margin of the draft Ordinance are additions to the existing one. The other substances are already included in the Ordinance.
