The Order of 19 January 2016 on the list of fuels authorised under Article 265 ter of the French Customs Code lists the products authorised for carburation, as well as the authorised uses for each product.This order is co-signed by the Director-General for Energy and Climate and the Director-General for Customs and Indirect Taxes.
