Draft Order laying down the technical requirements and specifications of gaming machines and their interconnection conditions

This Order implements, firstly, the technical requirements and specifications applicable to the gaming and auxiliary machines governed by Decree 120/2016 of 27 July 2016 approving the General Regulation on Gaming in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country for approval and registration and for adapting the new subtypes and updating them to meet the new needs of the market, and, secondly, the technical conditions and requirements applicable to gaming machine interconnection systems so that the gaming is reliable, safe and transparent for users, requiring all integrated systems and machines to be monitored by the public administrations responsible for gaming.
