Proposed rule - Provides for annual zero emission medium and heavy duty truck sales requirements for specified model years. Provides for volumes, operations, and locations. The purpose of the amendment is to revise the existing low emission vehicle (LEV) program to incorporate California's Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) medium- and heavy-duty zero emission vehicle (ZEV) standards. The Department is amending Sections 218-1.1, Applicability; 218-2.1, Prohibitions; 218-4.1, ZEV percentages; and adding a new 218-4.2, Large Entity Reporting Requirement. The remaining Sections in Part 218 are unchanged.
