ACTION:  Notice of Public Hearing and Extension of Public Comment Period SUMMARY: OEHHA has scheduled a public hearing on 11 March 2021, at 10:00 a.m. In accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Orders N-29-20 and N-33-20 as well as recommendations from the California Department of Public Health, the hearing will not have a physical location. The hearing will be conducted remotely. Information concerning how to participate in the hearing will be posted on our website prior to the hearing. The public comment period for this regulatory action is being extended to 29 March 2021, to accommodate the hearing.
