Coffee extracts and chicory extracts intended for human consumption

Draft Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine "On approval of the Requirements for coffee extracts and chicory extracts"; (4 page(s), in Ukrainian)

The draft Order establishes the Requirements for the characteristics and/or qualities of coffee extracts and chicory extracts, specified in paragraph 3 of these Requirements, in order to ensure proper consumer awareness through labeling and prevent unfair business practices that mislead consumers.

The Requirements apply to coffee extracts and chicory extracts intended for human consumption, except for "café torrefacto soluble". The draft Order also stipulates that circulation of coffee extracts and chicory extracts, which have been or will be put to circulation before January 01, 2026, cannot be prohibited or restricted due to non-compliance with all or some provisions of the Requirements approved by this draft Order, until the expiration of their minimum shelf life.
