The draft Resolution amends the current regulations of Ukraine on the requirements of ecodesign for energy-consuming products, small, medium and large power transformers.

The main purpose of the draft Resolution is to regulate ecodesign requirements for energy consumer products, small, medium and large power transformers. The adoption of the Resolution regulates the legal opportunities of energy producers, which facilitates the business environment in Ukraine and allows equal competitive opportunities among producers of energy efficient products, increases the requirements for technical staff.
