Law of Ukraine No 850 "On provision of the construction materials market" (38 page(s), in Ukrainian)

The Law aims to set and launch Harmonised European standards that provide a technical basis to assess the performance of construction commodities, as well as to bring Ukrainian legislation in line with the EU. The abovementioned standards enable manufacturers to draw up the Declaration of Performance as defined in the Construction Products Regulation, and affix the CE marking.

Enactment of the Law will lead to

·         determination of the basis for the declaration of technical indicators of construction commodities

·         establishment of the basic requirements for the equipment definition of mechanisms for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for engineering and structural systems of buildings and construction products.
