The Technical regulation on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No 139 of 10 March 2017. The Draft of the Resolution provides for the postponement of expiration terms of certain exceptions from the restrictions of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, supplement by certain components and materials as well as supplement a list of products that is not covered by current Technical Regulation by the new species.
