Draft Technical Specifications for New Radio Base Station Radio Frequency Equipment of Mobile Broadband Business (29 page(s), in Chinese)

As the 5th Generation Mobile Network with high-speed transmission, reliable low-latency and massive IoT properties, it delivers multiple smart and IoT application services that upgrade the innovation-driven industry. Worldwide advanced countries have all made their greatest effort to promote the development of multiple 5G mobile applications and services. To go forward together with other advanced countries with respect to the development of mobile broadband services, and in response to amendments to "Regulations Governing Operating Items and Scope, the Timetable for Deregulation and the Number of Operators to Be Allowed for Type I Telecommunication Enterprises" (amended on 2 July 2019), 3500MHz, 28000MHz and 1800MHz frequency bands have been added to the mobile broadband business. New radio (NR) technical specifications have been added to the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), where higher modulation orders and more frequency bands will be offered. The test items and qualification standards thereof are different from the 4###sup/sup### Generation Mobile Network; and have been adopted or used as a reference by advanced countries. The Technical Specifications, which are drawn up in accordance with 3GPP TS 38.141-1, 3GPP TS 38.141-2, and other Standards and related technical specifications, will be the compliance approval standards for new radio base station radio frequency equipment of mobile broadband business.
