In accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 4 of the Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is proposing the cosmetic categories the the requirements for product notification and establishment of product information file shall apply. The drafts also contain the proposed enforcement dates of the requirements.
