Equipment for explosive environments

The draft amendments to the technical regulation "On the Safety of Equipment for Explosive Environments" (CU TR 012/2011) regarding the establishment of forms, schemes, and procedures for conformity assessment on the basis of standard conformity assessment schemes, approved by the Decision No. 44 of the EEC Council of April 18,2018 (12 page(s), in Russian)

The draft amendments include clarifications on the following:

·         amendments to the Article 2 "Definitions" of the CU TR 012/2011,

·         wording of Article 5 of the CU TR 012/2011 "Ensuring compliance with safety requirements";

·        wording of  Article 6 of the CU TR 012/2011 "Conformity assessment"
