This DAO prescribes the Technical Regulations for Mandatory PS Licensing Scheme for hot-dip metallic-coated and pre-painted galvanized steel coils and sheets for general applications covered by the particular PNS and their future amendments, whether locally manufactured or imported, as follows:

1.         All hot-dip metallic coated steel coils and sheets covered by the following:

1.1     All hot-dip zinc-coated carbon steel coils and sheet products covered by PNS 1990;

1.2     All continuous hot-dip zinc-5% aluminum alloy coated steel coils and sheet products covered by PNS 2003;

1.3     All continuous hot-dip 55% aluminum zinc-coated steel coils and sheet products of commercial, drawing and structural qualities covered by PNS 1993; 1.4 All other metallic-coated steel coils and sheets (i.e. zinc-aluminum-magnesium, zinc-aluminum-chromium, aluminum-zinc-magnesium, and pure aluminum-coated).

2.       All pre-painted galvanized steel coils and sheets covered by PNS 201 and with raw materials covered by the following:

2.1     All hot-dip zinc-coated carbon steel coils and sheet products covered by PNS 1990;

2.2     All continuous hot-dip zinc-5% aluminum alloy coated steel coils and sheet products covered by PNS 2003;

2.3     All continuous hot-dip 55% aluminum zinc-coated steel coils and sheet products of commercial, drawing and structural qualities covered by PNS 1993; 2.4 All other metallic-coated steel coils and sheets (i.e. zinc-aluminum-magnesium, zinc-aluminum-chromium, aluminum-zinc-magnesium, and pure aluminum-coated)
