The same had been approved and endorsed by the Civil Engineering National Standards Committee on 28-02-2014.

This Standard has been prepared after taking into consideration the views and suggestions of the manufacturers, technologists, suppliers and utilizing agencies.

This Pakistan Standard No.3580-1997 (1st Revision in 2014) was prepared with the help of foreign specification which has been since revised/modified. Hence to keep up a par with the latest technology, it has been revised accordingly.
