This Pakistan Standard was adopted by the authority of the Board of Directors for Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority after approval by the Technical Committee for "Electrical Appliances and Accessories (TC-3)"had been approved and endorsed by the Electro technical National Standards Committee on 6 August 2014. This Pakistan Standard is prepared with the help of ISO Standard named it as "Multiple split-system air-conditioners and air-to-air heat pumps. Testing and rating for performance". Hence it was deemed suitable to adopt it.
