Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Republic of Korea is proposing to amend the "Act on Labelling and Advertising of Foods". The main changes proposed are:

To prohibit labeling or advertising of food and other products using trade name, trademark, container or packaging that is same or similar to household chemical products which can cause confusion for consumers.
