KATS proposes amendments to the Enforcement Rule and Operation Bulletin of the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act for the following matters:

 1. Electrical supply track systems for luminaires must obtain KC certification as the electrical appliances subject to safety verification. (Annex 1 of Enforcement Rule, Annex 2, Annex 10, Annex 20, Annex 25 of Operation Bulletin)

 2. Introduction of non-face-to-face screening method of KC certification. (Article 30,40,41,70,76,77 of Operation Bulletin)

 3. Audio processors and video processors products which are currently subject to safety verification that will be downgraded to being subject to the supplier's declaration of conformity. (Annex 4, Annex 5 of Enforcement Rule, Annex 2, Annex 3 of Operation Bulletin)

 4. Added details of electrical appliances to safety certification. (Annex 1 of Operation bulletin)
