A draft revision of "Pharmaceutical Affairs Act" (4 page(s), in Korean)

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea is partly revising the "Pharmaceutical Affairs Act". The main contents are:

·         Organization of prohibited provision such as exaggerated pharmaceuticals advertisement (Article 68(4) of proposal)

·        It is prohibited to use documents or design hints abortion on the pharmaceuticals, however, allowed to provide exception for the artificial abortion medicine according to Mother and Child Health Act.
