The Draft provides for the addition of the Part I of the List "Quarantined Products (Quarantined Freights, Quarantined Materials, Quarantined Goods) with High Phytosanitary Risk" with products relating to toys, put up in sets or outfits containing seeds and (or) ground, without soil. The Draft also provides for the exemption of products of a kind used in animal feeding and not containing organic agents from the List.
