Revisions to the "Ministerial Order on Technical Requirements for Specified Products Related to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry" and "Operational Rules and Interpretations of the Specified Products stipulated by the Consumer Product Safety Act" (2 page(s), in English)

(1) Safety performance requirements for remote operation of oil burning equipment and appliances will be stipulated in the Ministerial Order. Their interpretations will be added to the Operational Rules. (2) Some JIS standards referenced in the Operational Rules will be revised in accordance with the latest JIS standards.
