This notification revision notifies that the declaration of the requirements of the existing Israel Standard SI 1003 part 3.1 as mandatory shall apply to the standard's newest edition, April 2021. This declaration is in line with the mandatory standardization objective to protect human health. This standard adopts the International Standard ISO 7086-1 – Third edition: 2019-08 with a few changes that appear in the standard's Hebrew section.
