This draft Commission Implementing Decision requires EU Member States to designate and make available, on a non-exclusive basis, the frequency bands 874.4-880.0 MHz, 919.4-925.0 MHzand 1900-1910 MHzfor the implementation of the Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS), in compliance with the technical conditions set out in the Annex to the Decision.
