Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 introduced a limitative list of component materials to be used to produce EU fertilising products. This draft Commission Regulation extends the list of these component materials by adding pyrolysis and gasification materials. It sets the technical requirements under which manufacturers may use such materials in EU fertilising products, as well as the conformity assessment procedure which they have to follow in order to CE mark their final products.
