This Sanitary Technical Regulation is binding on all natural or legal persons responsible for the manufacture, import, storage, distribution or marketing in the national territory of food for human consumption, processed in bulk or breaking bulk and intended for the final consumer, or the preparation of food in mass catering establishments.
