The notified draft Resolution establishes the quality parameters and requirements for diesel fuel, basic gasolines and gasolines oxygenated with denatured anhydrous fuel ethanol, for use in compression- and spark-ignition engines respectively. It also updates the analytical methodologies for biodiesel and fossil diesel mixtures for use in Colombia, with a view to protecting the environment and health and improving the quality of liquid fuels.
