The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the draft Decree regulating the integral management of chemical substances for industrial use and containing other determinations has been updated in content and is being submitted for public consultation. The draft Decree aims to adopt mechanisms and other provisions for the integral management of chemical substances for industrial use that are identified and classified as a hazard and category under the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) of the United Nations, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 1496 of 2018 or the regulations amending, supplementing or replacing it.
