This standard specifies the general safety technical requirements for all types of spray booths in the painting process. The main content includes the basic requirements, structure and material, ventilation, electrical equipment and ignition source, spray and drying dual-use spray booth, flash-off area, anti-static, operation and maintenance safety of the spray booth. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, inspection, operation and maintenance of spray booths with combustible paint. Spray rooms shall refer to and spray booth with non‑flammable paint could refer to this standard.
