This standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and test methods of desktop microcomputers, integrated desktop microcomputers with display function (referred to as all-in-one computers) and portable computers (all above collectively referred to as microcomputers). This standard is applicable to general purpose microcomputers.
