Modifica norma técnica Nº 209 que fija límites máximos de residuos de plaguicidas en alimentos (aprobada por la Resolución Exenta Nº 892 de 2020, del Ministerio de Salud) (Amendment of Technical Standard No. 209 establishing maximum residue limits for pesticides in food (approved by Exempt Resolution No. 892 of 2020, of the Ministry of Health))

The notified measure provides for the following:

·        An update of the maximum residue limits (MRLs), as agreed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission in 2018 and 2019;

·        The amendment of several "names" and "Codex codes" of "food" (individual, sub-group or groups). Further details can be reviewed in the document attached to this notification.
