Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Part I - 104, Aeronautical Product Approvals)

The proposed amendments would update and modernize the charges in respect of the issuance, renewal, amendment, or endorsement of aeronautical products (section 104 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations and its associated Schedule V). This would include updating the existing charges and adding new charges. In accordance with the Service Fees Act, the proposed charges would be adjusted annually, based on the Consumer Price Index. The adjusted charge level would be made available on Transport Canada's website each year.
