This Draft Ordinance establishes a public consultation on a Draft Technical Regulation to set the control procedures and analysis for inspection on beverages, wines and derivatives of grape and wine. It revokes Technical Regulation No 54, 18 November 2009, notified under G/TBT/N/BRA/392, and Technical Regulation No 55, 18 November 2009 notified under G/TBT/N/BRA/393.
