The notified draft joint Resolution, prepared by the National Food Commission (CONAL), incorporates the following ingredients into the list of Article 1417:

- Lutein, zeaxanthin, resveratrol, coenzyme Q10 and lycopene.

- The identity and purity of these ingredients must be in compliance with the standards established in the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) and/or the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and/or other pharmacopeias.

- The ingredients are to be used in dietary supplements.
