The Draft Proposal of the Regulation on testing procedure for aggregate for liquefied petroleum gas dispensers for motor vehicles sets out the testing procedure for aggregate for liquefied petroleum gas for motor vehicles (LPG aggregate) during periodical or extraordinary verification to determine whether the LPG aggregate meets the prescribed metrological and technical requirements applicable to dynamic measuring system used to determine the volumes of liquid other than water. Technical and metrological requirements relating to LPG aggregates are based on the provisions of the Rules on technical and

metrological requirements relating to measuring instruments (NN No 21/16), in the part concerning the measuring systems for continuous and dynamic measuring of liquids other than water (MI-005). The said Rules transposed the Directive 2014/32/EU into the legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
The Draft Proposal of the Regulation is primarily intended for authorised metrology officers and metrological inspection at the State Office for Metrology and legal entities authorised for verification of LPG aggregates In determining of testing procedures, international recommendations were observed:
• OIML R 117(8), Dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water; and
• OIML R 120(9), Standard capacity measures for testing measuring systems for liquids other than water.
