Non-fibrous hemp, herb and resin of non-fibrous hemp

Draft regulation of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Administration on the protection of non-fibrous hemp crops and the storage of harvested herb or resin of such hemp

The Regulation lays down the detailed conditions and the manner of:

- protecting crops of other than fibrous hemp intended for the manufacture of pharmaceutical raw material;
- storing harvested herb or resin from crops of other than fibrous hemp grown for the manufacture of pharmaceutical raw material.

The protection of crops of other than fibrous hemp guaranteeing the proper protection of these crops against unauthorised access shall be carried out by:
(1) keeping a list of persons entitled to access the place of cultivation;
(2) keeping a list of vehicles authorised to access the place of cultivation;
(3) having means of signalling a breach of security against access to the place of cultivation by unauthorised persons;
(4) having the means to observe the place of cultivation and recording the image;
(5) having technical means to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the place of cultivation;
(6) marking in the form of warning boards containing information on the prohibition of access to the place of cultivation by unauthorized persons;
(7) using of radio-frequency identification technology (RFID), which uses radio waves to read and transmit the data contained in the label applied to each crop, making it possible to identify each plant in the reading field;
(8) monitoring of the place of cultivation.

For storage of harvested herb or resin crops of other than fibrous hemp, protection conditions shall be implemented by:
(1) keeping a list of persons entitled to access the place of cultivation;
(2) keeping a list of vehicles authorised to access the place of cultivation;
(3) having means of signalling a breach of security against access to the place of cultivation by unauthorised persons;
(4) having the means to observe the place of cultivation and recording the image;
(5) having technical means to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the place of cultivation;
(6) marking in the form of warning boards containing information on the prohibition of access to the place of cultivation by unauthorized persons;
(7) monitoring of the place of cultivation.
