Act amending the Act on the sale and marketing of nitrous oxide to consumers and the Act on marketing

The notification concerns only those provisions of the Act which deal with nitrous oxide, i.e. Section 1 and Section 3(1-2) and (4). Section 1 makes a number of amendments to the existing Act on the sale and marketing of nitrous oxide.
