The provisions of this regulation refer to the design, execution and maintenance of urban hydrology constructions of the water supply and sewerage systems whose structural frame is made of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.

Urban hydrology constructions of the water supply and sewerage systems are characterised by a wide variety of structural forms and compositions determined by the variety of functional requirements they have to meet, as well as by the large volumes of stored fluids.
